Hello! I’m Tokyo Girl

I’m a freelance artist and designer, and my passion is all things kawaii!

I grew up in the Bay Area in California, less than an hour outside of San Francisco. I have always love anime and Japanese themes and culture, as well as drawing.

My small business started off with just stickers I made at home back in 2021, and now I sell other products I have made and manufactured in my designs.

I plan to expand even further and offer a wider range of kawaii gifts and things. I often use Kickstarter and Backerkit to fund product production because of how expensive it can be, so if you love my art and my products, be sure to check out my crowdfunding campaigns when I run them to help out and get the funded project at a cheaper cost than my retail cost!

Information on Shipping and Returns

I am a small business owner. I run my shop on my own, My husband works full time while I am a work-from-home / stay-at-home mother of 2 little girls. My standard fulfillment timeframe is 3 to 5 business days, but there are times when this may be delayed. If you have questions or your package is delayed, please contact me.

I do not accept returns. If your product is defective or damaged, please contact me for a replacement. Photos of the damages will be required.

If your package is lost in transit, you will need to contact USPS or your local postal service to track and find your package. I am willing to help with this, but it is ultimately not my responsibility or fault if USPS or any postal services lose a package. You may be required to submit a claim.

I will also not tolerate rude behavior from customers over issues that are out of my control. This has been a problem lately when assisting customers with lost packages or delays in delivery from postal services and I have lost money over petty customers. I am a single person ran business with a family I take care of, I am not Amazon or some big corporate company.

If there is an issue with shipping that is on me and my fault, I will do whatever I can to make it right, whether it is to send replacement products or provide a refund.
