Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 weeks after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Processing may take slightly longer during product launches, holidays, and other high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.
Shipping Within the United States
Domestic orders are shipped through USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.
Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives your package and do not include processing time.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Canada and Mexico: 1–3 weeks
- Europe: 2–4 weeks
- Australia and New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
- Other destinations: 3–6 weeks
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing or local carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Tokyo Girl Designs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Pre-Order Items
Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are listed on their product pages. These dates may change if production or delivery delays occur.
Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock merchandise. Orders containing both may arrive in multiple packages.
Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location and secure package areas.
- Ask members of your household or nearby neighbors.
- Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
Tokyo Girl Designs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you with available tracking information.
